1. GET STARTED

1.1 Let’s start with an important tip: if you want to save the plans you do, the only option you have is to export it as a PDF file by clicking the “Export PDF” button.
1.2 Before you start planning, you shall get to know the products concepts as well as the corresponding products technical specifications available in the shipping warehouse where you’ll buy your products.
1.3 Select the language you’re comfortable with by choosing one of the available options in the dropdown list located in the top left corner of the interface. The information displayed in the interface and the information displayed in the PDF files you eventually export will use that language.
1.4 Select the location of the warehouse where you will buy your products by choosing one of the available options in the dropdown list “Shipping Warehouse”.
1.5 Select one of the available products concepts which you’ll use to do your planning and, based on that choice, go to the corresponding next topic:
Vertical Box” – Topic 3
Puzzle Box – Topic 4
Multi Box” – Topic 5

2. PLANNING VERTICAL BOX

2.1 After you have chosen the language, the shipping warehouse and the “Vertical Box” concept, fill in the input labelled as “W” with the width of the space where you’ll put your “Vertical Box” products and the input labelled as “H” with the height of the referred space. These inputs are located in the “Space Size” area.
2.2 After you click the “Apply” button, a sketch of a space with the measures you specified will automatically appear in the drawing area.
Note: If you intend to clear the generate drawing you must click the “Delete Plan” button and then click “OK” in the window “Delete Plan” that will show up.
2.3 Select the “Vertical Box” you wish from the available options in the dropdown list “Select Box” located in the top right corner of the interface. The external measures of the box you selected will be shown near the example image below the dropdown list.
2.4 Click the “Add Boxes Row” button and a row of boxes of the serie you selected will be automatically added to the drawing as well as an adjustable blocker in the end of the row, which will make possible to add new rows above the one just added. If instead of this you click the “Add Boxes” button the number of boxes specified in the input labeled as “Pieces” will be added to the drawing and you’ll be able to add boxes of different series in the same row until its end. However you won’t be able to add another row of boxes above it.
Note: If you made any mistake while adding the last row you added, you can delete it by clicking the “Delete Row” button.
2.5 If in the previous step you used the “Add Boxes Row” button, you can repeat the step 3.3 as many times as you want until there’s no more space available.
2.6 After you finish your planning, you can export it as a PDF file. If the plan you did it’s only for one set and you intend to know how much products do you need for several sets, you can specify the number of sets you wish in the input labelled as “N.º Sets” and then clicking the “Export PDF” button.

3. PLANNING PUZZLE BOX

3.1 After you have chosen the language, the shipping warehouse and the “Puzzle Box” concept, fill in the input labelled as “W” with the width of the space where you’ll put your “Vertical Box” products and the input labelled as “L” with the length of the referred space. These inputs are located in the “Space Size” area.
3.2 After you click the “Apply” button, a sketch of a space with the measures you specified will automatically appear in the drawing area.
Note: If you intend to clear the generate drawing you must click the “Delete Plan” button and then click “OK” in the window “Delete Plan” that will show up.
3.3 Select the Puzzle Box serie from the available options in the “Puzzle Serie” dropdown list and then click the “Add Bases” button. The bases as well as the necessary blockers will be automatically added to the drawing filling all the available space.
3.4 Select the box or accessory height from the available options in the “Size [H]” dropdown list.
3.5 Select the box or accessory width and length from the available options in the “Size [W-L]” dropdown list.
Note: The measures displayed in the “Size [W-L] dropdown list options are the internal measures for the boxes and the external measures for the accessories.
3.6 Click the “Add Box” button and the box or accessory will be added to the drawing. It will appear in the top left corner of the drawing.
Note: To delete a box incorrectly added just click above it to select it and then click the “Remove Box” button.
3.7 If the box or accessory is not in the position you want, it is possible to rotate it 90º by clicking above it to select it and then clicking the “90º” button.
3.8 If the box is already in the position you want, you can select it by clicking and holding the mouse above it and dragging it until the place you wish and finally drop it. The box will be in a correct position when its color turns green.
3.9 Keep adding boxes or accessories as long as you want but remind that the boxes or accessories can’t be placed above other boxes or accessories.
3.10 After you finish your planning, you can export it as a PDF file. If the plan you did it’s only for one set and you intend to know how much products do you need for several sets, you can specify the number of sets you wish in the input labelled as “N.º Sets” and then clicking the “Export PDF” button.

4. PLANNING MULTI BOX

4.1 After you have chosen the language, the shipping warehouse and the “Vertical Box” concept, select the “Multi Box” reference you want from the “Reference” dropdown list shown below the “Multi Box” button. The corresponding “W” and “L” measures will be automatically shown in the “Space Size” area.
4.2 After you click the “Apply” button, a sketch of a space with the measures you specified will automatically appear in the drawing area.
Note: If you intend to clear the generate drawing you must click the “Delete Plan” button and then click “OK” in the window “Delete Plan” that will show up.
4.3 Select the box or accessory height from the available options in the “Size [H]” dropdown list.
4.4 Select the box or accessory width and length from the available options in the “Size [W-L]” dropdown list.
Note: The measures displayed in the “Size [W-L] dropdown list options are the internal measures for the boxes and the external measures for the accessories. The numbers displayed between [..] are related to the number of dots the box or accessory will occupy.
4.5 Click the “Add Box” button and the box or accessory will be added to the drawing. It will appear in the top left corner of the drawing.
Note: To delete a box incorrectly added just click above it to select it and then click the “Remove Box” button.
4.6 If the box or accessory is not in the position you want, it is possible to rotate it 90º by clicking above it to select it and then clicking the “90º” button.
4.7 If the box is already in the position you want, you can select it by clicking and holding the mouse above it and dragging it until the place you wish and finally drop it. The box will be in a correct position when its color turns green.
4.8 Keep adding boxes or accessories as long as you want but remind that the boxes or accessories can’t be placed above other boxes or accessories.
